Virajpet

A much awaited trip

We were eagerly waiting for a trip post COVID-19's first wave and we thought of going to a Club Mahindra Resort and thats how we decided Virajpet. We have booked and couldn't visit place last time so this was our first choice. Its around 250 Kms from Baangalore and was a perrfect choice for us for drive from Bangalore. It took around 4½ hours to cover the distace.

The Club Mahindra Virajpet resort is around 15 Kms from the town Virajpet. The resort is located amidst the thick jungles, paddy fields and coffee plantations. The theme of the resort is Butterfly so we can notice the main building is constructed in the themse and also the rooms and suites are named accordingly.

Kids enjoyed their trip to the fullest. They had pretty good time out there, lots of activities, great places to visit, nice food outside after a long time, great ride, visited coffee plantation and ejoyed watching few birds. Roma on the other side had really tough time, specially durring the travel due to vomiting and all. I thinkd it was mainly because they steepped out almost after a year for a slightly long distaace drive.
